The Parkray inset has been disconnected from the hot water tank and drained down ready to be removed.
Christian starts to remove the brick fire surround.
Here we have cleared the back fill from around the Parkray inset and christian is stitch drilling out for a new lintel.
The new lintel is in place and the fire opening is opened up.
The fireplace is dry lined were the old plaster and render has been removed.
